Set-up in February 2003 as a HR Consultancy and Services company, following a new business strategy, the old Company was re-branded as Downie Management Consulting - DMC, in March 2005.

Beginning in November 2006 DMC increase the social capital and became a transnational company with Austrian investments and know-how.

In a short period of time DMC created a large network of experienced trainers and consultants from Austria, Holland, Serbia, Lebanon, US, Russia.

DMC team managed successfully to develop and deliver a sum of HR services and build partnership relations with important clients such as: OMV, Coca-Cola, Motorola, Ericsson Telecommunications Romania, Raiffeisen Bank, Hit Mail, Snack Attack, Citibank, BRD, GSK, Anchor Group, Gardiner & Theobalt, Zarea, Zentiva, Pfizer, Kinnarps, CII Group Germany, HCS, Antal, Real, Mr. Bricolage, UPC Romania, etc.
